To send a file with an important size, you can send it by filex. Then you have a link to dowload the file.
The service is accessible here.

Personnel directory

The directory new version can give you the phone numbre and the mail of the person. With the old version you can also have his/her office number .

Alias emails list

There are aliases to contact a group of persons. For exemple, there is an alias for all PhD student, but also for each center :
All PhD students : doctorants@listes.mines-albi.fr
GI’s PhD students : doctorants-gind@listes.mines-albi.fr
