To re-enroll for a new year oh PhD, you have to re-enroll at the doctoral school (MEGEP) first and then at the school (IMT Mines Albi)

MEGEP re-enrollment

In 2nd year of PhD

– La demande de réinscription 2ème année (2nd year reenrollment request) signed by yout theses director(s) and the centre’s director [to edit from ADUM]

– Convention Individuelle de Formation (training individual convention) [to edit from ADUM]

– Financial contract (school contract)

– A bibliographic report must be done during the first year foloowing this (Model) and then your director(s) must complete and signed this form : Follow up form

– An english certification (TOEIC etc)

In 3rd year of PhD

– La demande de réinscription 3ème année (3rd year reenrollment request) signed by yout theses director(s) and the centre’s director [to edit from ADUM]

– Convention Individuelle de Formation (training individual convention) [to edit from ADUM]

– Financial contract (school contract)

– A training courses form to fill

– An english certification (TOEIC etc)

– A report of the meeting between the PhD student, his/her thesis director(s) and  his/her doctoral school tutor (sent by the tutor to the doctoral school)

In 4th year of PhD

– Follow-up comity opinion is asked for every enrollment in 4th year of PhD

– Convention Individuelle de Formation (training individual convention) [to edit from ADUM]

– Financial contract (school contract)

– A training courses form to fill

Réinscription IMT

Following the doctoral school enrollment, you’ll be contacted by Séverine Péfaure who is in charge of PhD enrollment in school. You will need at least those documents :

To pay online:

      1. Register at the site messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr.
      2. Then connect to the dedicated CVEC site cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr.
      3. Enter the city in which you are studying and pay the CVEC with a debit or credit card.
      4. Download and retain the proof of payment, which you will need to show when you register at your university or other institution.
  • Bordereau de paiement des droits de scolarité (385,10€) payables par :
  • RGPD form [to edit from ADUM]
  • Feuille de signalement de thèse (thesis signalement) [to edit from ADUM] : must be signed by the documentation service
  • Insurance attestation “civil liability” [generally covered by your apartment insurance]
  • Social security affiliation attestation
